Board Members
Because of the Covid pandemic, board elections were not held as originally scheduled in 2021.
There are now 10 open seats on the board, there were seven incumbent board members that will continue to serve.

Chapter Officers
Chapter Officers were elected by the chapter board from the elected board members at the January 2020 board meeting for a one year term.
At the January 2020 board meeting these terms were extended for another year, and then extended for another year in January 2021.

Board Meetings
Board Meetings are held monthly, generally on sunday afternoons.
Board Meeting Purposes
- Make decisions for social dance planning
- Select dance instructors to teach lesson at social dances
- Vote on expenditure of chapter funds
- Other items requested to be put on the agenda
